Wow what a fraudulent company sears has become since its heyday in the past. No surprise stores closing and just a matter of time until whole fraudulent company collapses. Do not respect extended warranties. Dishwasher broken for 5 months. Tech out 4 times but still can t fix. Water won t drain. Won t replace it as per warranty contract. Same runaround story. Will send another tech out so we can waste another day with no results. Strategy is to make you so frustrated that you will move on. Guess what. It worked for them. Buying from another store and will throw this kenmore pro dishwasher in the city dump even though under warranty . Went to sears store. No help. Called corporate office. No help. They know you won t take them to court over a dishwasher and just scam you out of money for this garbage warranty
