The positives, very clean, recently renovated. The negatives, staff at check in were lost. We were meeting the four a company planning session. None of our party got rooms that we had actually reserved. Took forever to check in. AV connections in meeting room was VGA, no laptops have had that as a native external display since the last source shuttle launch. Beds were hard as a brick. Pillows were pitiful. Construction next door was noisy and started way to early in the am. Staff waiting on us in our boardroom was great.
