This is the worst place ever to be seen if your a veteran. I m an Army veteran that s been out for about 20 years. I don t use the VA because I have my own insurance. I called this place to get my father some help with seeing a doctor because he has been having complications with his medicine. The nurse on call was so ignorant and unhelpful that I almost lost my cool. She treated me like I was asking her for gold; I was just trying to change my fathers appointment to another day. He s been dealing with a life threating situation that I felt needed to be addressed. I also was really disappointed because I ve worked in costumer service all my life and I ve always tried to make people comfortable and assured. As a law enforcement officer I have never in my like talked to anyone the way she talked to me. I m really thinking about making a formal complaint about this place because our veteran should not be treated bad after sacrificing their families and lives for this country.
