Second time in a month with not so quality service...

Second time in a month with not so quality service. We never will sit downstairs. Everytime our order is wrong. Had a server 2 weeks ago who was extremely rude for a lunch with my Mother and Sister we were there to celebrate their birthdays. My Mother ordered a drink when we explained it was not what she ordered argue with us.
She ordered a pinacolada hello it should not taste like Apples. I was a bartender for 20 years. And to top it off brought me chicken fettuccine on Spaghetti pasta and could not see a problem.
I just ignored it figured bad day.
But today again terrible. Our server was extremely busy and a barback was helping him out because of being so busy.
My husband asked for bread and butter guess since he was only helping out we were not a priority since we never did get it.
We've been visiting the same location about every 3 weeks for the last 8years when I joined the family but
My in laws who started the Sunday tradition about the time they opened in downtown Portland and continued up until they past earlier this Summer. Sad but I think it's time to retire the Sunday tradition
