My experience with Diligent Consultancy was a bit disappointing. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, I found their overall approach to be lacking. There were instances where communication was not efficient, and their solutions did not fully meet my needs. I believe they have the potential to improve, but for now, I cannot give them a higher rating.
