This hotel charged for me the "incidental deposit"...

This hotel charged for me the "incidental deposit" even though I left the room in tip top shape. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my room was upgraded to the pool view, I get to the room and I have a parking lot view. I specifically told the check in person all charges for room service must be to the card that I used to book the room, then the card for my incidentals was charged instead for the room service. You call customer service and are directed to non native English speakers, I asked for a manager after being on hold a half hour and was refused to be connected. HORRIBLE service and thieves if you ask me. They are probably hoping the drunks and gamblers wont notice the excess charges, but I am neither and now have to hassle with my CC to dispute!
