Simply can not fault them, was knocked of my bike in October 2019 and they ended up dealing with my claim. I had a replacement hire bike which was the equivalent engine size of my own, an NC750 X which was brand new 1000miles on it delivered to my door within 2 days. My bike was unfortunately written of but they had the full cash value of my bike paid out 3 weeks from start to finish. They also took care of getting me in touch with a very good solicitor for my injuries. Very polite and helpful going above and beyond with all aspects explained well at each step.
