Regarding a JBL Charge 3....This is a company that will NOT take responsibility for their actions nor for their retail arm Audio Refinery actions and when faced with a complaint hits back with racial slur, lies, character attacks etc. Ignoring the facts.
They recommended a fake JBL service center charging 3500P for a battery change on a Charge 3. Then they fabricate a story of that I did something wrong and used that as a defense when I complained ...... never addressing the issue of the harmful battery and their connected fake JBL service center.
Racial slur and lies by their staff is something no management can be expected to accept ..... except this company and its management and they represent JBL Int.!!!????!
