*edit* they re just as bad 4 months later. I m cancelling due to lies from customer service about promised bill credits and continued missed pickups every few weeks. They even missed the last scheduled pickup so I m stuck with the trash. */edit*

Signed up a month ago. Still haven't had trash picked up once. Filed multiple "missed pickup" forms each week and called multiple times. Call center tells me the same thing they've told all the other reviewers - they're "expediting the request" to the "local operations center." It results in nothing.

They did not deliver a recycling bin when I first signed up (only a waste bin). I called to ask them to deliver one and they dropped it off the next day -- right next to my full waste bin. Did they empty the full waste bin at the same time? No. The waste bin still sits there full.
