After Problems with booking .... contacted NH ... Got Martijn on the phone ... Martijn helped me perfectly so for your Martijn 5 Stars !!!! ... And now it comes to check in questions asked about room service regarding breakfast in the room ... employee could not answer me ... I went to the room ... came across a card about breakfast ... "Enter your choice and hang it outside for 0200 the door handle ... no sooner said than done ... 0600 the card was still hanging on the door..I call the reception ... can you pass on what you want? pick up, card picked up by employee ... breakfast received in the room, VERY DISAPPOINTING! Includes: casino slices cheese, chicken fillet, butter, fried egg, fruit, yogurt, tea! Where were the croissants, hard rolls, sweet pastries,
salt pepper! sweet toppings! For the amount I could as well have gone for Van der Valk! No repeat for me at NH!

We were received very friendly on Saturday 3 November, the service was top notch! In the room we were again surprised in the form of a personalized welcome card and a gift!
In short, we have experienced our 2nd stay very pleasant, Thanks for the experience!
