The WaterWorks Team completely dropped the ball on my house to WaterMain leak issue. They scheduled a repair plan with me then sent out the wrong group of plumbing repair experts. The then scheduled and estimator to come out (the next day at the end of the day) and he told me it was going to be $4,400. The average in the market is between $2,500 and $3,000.

I lost there days of repair tine waiting in them to get me an answer and come up with a plan that is not responsive to my needs and is financially unrealistic. Seriously disappointed and I have changed my post to reflect that.
