Terrible experience, called about an hour or before going to the restaurant to make a reservation. The hostess said they do not take reservations on Tuesdays (it's their sushi night) no mention of anything else. Me and my wife drove 35 minutes to get there, they said they are not taking anymore walk-in customer's. We explained that we just called ahead of time, they basically said oh well. I called to complain, they explained "that happens". Im a reasonable person but if that's the case on a Tuesday, you should advise a customer you may or may not get a seat. #1 how does a restaurant not have have any other openings for the night(this was at 6:30 pm). #2 how are you done raking walk-in customer's if at the same time you don't take reservations?
