Never come at this timing if you're looking for Jazz.
Most stages don't play any, and when they do, it's packed with locals so there's no place for outsiders.
Apparently musicians don't play on streets while this festival is going on so don't expect to be able to hear anything good unless you can pay a lot.
It's crowded as hell and we just ended up being tired of walking, just from looking for music to listen to.
The programs don't mean anything to us. We don't know any of the artists so the programs with just the band names didn't help us at all.

I think this festival just ruined our trip (and maybe even my relationship with my bf). We were unlucky.
