I'm very dissatisfied with the care there. I went for the first time today for some jaw pain that's affecting my bite for some time. I got looked at for maybe 5 minutes, lots of jaw opening and closing that hurt a lot. They told me to just ignore it and don't do things to trigger the pain. I've been doing that for years. Recommended me a doctor that wasn't even under my insurance, ignored most of me telling them what the problem is and asking if they could help me. I just got an indirect no and a recommendation to another doc, not even a proper referral.

Before I came they couldn't pull up my insurance even after me giving the correct information over 4 phone calls. They asked the same questions I answered each time.

I only spent maybe 30 minutes there and most of it was waiting and being ignored. There were maybe 2 other patients there yet at least 5-7 staff members kind of standing around and chatting. I didn't come around lunch or very early so I don't think they were on break.

I'm giving it two stars because the office is nice (think wood and nice paint, comfy seating, etc)and at least they looked at me, even if I was not given proper care.
