Warning! An Intelliloan Loan Processor was the beneficiary of a FRAUDULENT charge for over $1,700 to one of my bank accounts Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Intelliloan under any circumstances. I am writing this review to inform others about my frightening and awful experience dealing with this company.
As I was in the middle of a Refinance application with Intelliloan, I received a notification from one of my bank accounts of a large transaction that had posted to that account. I looked into the transaction and realized that I did NOT make the transaction and quickly notified my bank. My bank sent me a letter informing me that the fraudulent transaction was made and credited to someone s T-Mobile cell phone account. My bank also informed me of the name of the person who was the Beneficiary of the fraudulent transaction. And guess who was the beneficiary of that fraudulent transaction????????? the LOAN PROCESSOR AT INTELLILOAN who was handling my Refinance application!!!! Yes, the Loan Processor at Intelliloan who was processing my application was the beneficiary of a FRAUDULENT charge of over $1,700 to one of my bank accounts. I was literally shocked. A couple days later, I received a notification from ANOTHER one of my bank accounts about fraudulent charges that had been attempted to that account as well. At that point I was terrified and knew that I needed to act quick. I closed all of my accounts and had my lawyer notify Intellioan of what had happened. To my amazement, Intelliloan s response to the situation was equally as shocking. They showed a complete lack of sympathy or responsibility and denied all wrongdoing on their part, or by any of their employees. To this day, I have never received any apology from them nor have they offered any assistance in helping me resolve or protect my financial information/identity. I literally gave Intelliloan ALL of my financial information/history and now I have no idea who has it, or what else can possibly happen. Not only was Intelliloan s response and handling of my application/financial information terrible, but now I am forced to get the Courts and Law Enforcement involved in order to protect myself from further harm. What a terrible way to treat a customer! What a terrible way to conduct business!
