No wonder the security is in deficit when we see the aberrations within the system. By way of example: Following a hospitalization, my 85-year-old father received a visit to a home-based nurse for a period of two months, three times a day, to make a wrist bandage (at the moment lunch) and to give him the morning and evening his medicine on a saucer while it was enough to entrust a week-long to my mother who was quite able to administer her drugs. A single daily visit of the nurse would have been enough!
