Aweful customer service and run-around tactics. They shouldn't be allowed to remain in business with these practices. Anytime I submit something electronically it gets rejected and I have to call because no one is actually looking it over, it's pretty obvious, which is why you have to call back and get the run-around all over. Anytime I call I have to talk to someone else, they "patch" me over to the correct department, but I just get sent back to the main menu labyrinth. IF I get a letter in the mail requesting something (that was already paid for in our case, BTW), then they need to list a direct line to the correct department either by phone or email. Incompetence to the MAX.
