LETS JUST SAY THAT THE REP WAS A TOTAL B**** - I was calling to set up service over at our new apartment; Ive never had an account with them nor previous issues since I was unaware of their existence BUT lets just say THAT THEY HAVE THE WORSTTTTTTTTT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. EVER!!!
