As big as the Baker Electric name is around here for solar, we were very disappointed with the way our solar and battery system installations went. The sales staff, although nice was completely lacking, and the project coordinators were far worse. The only reason that they are getting a three star from us is their technicians that came out to the house for both the PV System and the battery were great. To do it again, we would have tried our luck with another company that we were looking at. That said, our system gets the job done and I encourage everyone in Southern California to opt for the battery (ours is Tesla). You are doing yourselves a dis-service if you don t.
