We bought an Trane AC unit from this company telling us it includes 10 yrs warranty at first 3 months there was a problem and Tech came added preon not knowing there a leak in the outdoor condenser and they even did not try to replace it. And only to find out they did not register the unit to the trane. I Keep calling them many times they can't do anything about it. Even manager did not return our call. It's disappointing company and I cannot make business other them anymore. I can't recommend them.
