I have been a patient here since Father's Day 2004 when a freaky boating accident amputated my left foot. I was care flighted to St.Marys when my foot was reattached. It works like normal thanks to a great team of nurses and doctor's from ROC. My recent rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Uppel was a success and I am very pleased with his personality and skills. I recommend him and ROC to everyone I talk to.... Robert Frank

I have been seeing the doctors at ROC since 2005. I have had two knee replacements & "assorted" joint/feet problems. I will and do recommend these Doctor's highly. I know they will answer my questions and concerns so that I can understand. Two thumbs up and thank you for your excellent care.
