The Customers Relation Dept. needs more training or an overhaul of the entire Dept. Recently experienced a very disappointing situation with regards to a plate release first hour in the morning today. I was made to wait for more than an hour because employees manning said dept could not decide on simple discretion with regards to simple plate release procedure. Those employees are tarnishing the image of the dealership. Company policies can be cicumvented with simple solutions and discretions. Hoping remedies could be implemented.
