Ordered a TV, delivered more than 10 days without ...

Ordered a TV, delivered more than 10 days without any feedback. They disconnect any type of channel (voluntarily?) For customer service. BAD. EDIT: Reviews are not the place to publish tracking code (potentially sensitive data), it's a bit of a pimp to write here to show that customer care is active, I wonder, isn't it easier to ANSWER THE PHONE to the number provided? Or do you openly state that if you order during a peak period, the company DOES NOT have the necessary strength to meet the deadlines set? This comment probably applies to many other eCommerce, but this time I bought it here and the feedback caught you. In the end the TV arrived after 13 full days, in any case the point is not 10 or 15 days, the point is respect for the consumer.
