I called the store to see if my car key could be made there. The lady on the phone listened to my information, including what I needed (I just needed something to open the door, I didn't need the push locks and such). She told me that they could make the key there, as long as they had the blank in stock. I drove to Cape for that purpose. When I went back to the key part, I explained that I needed a door key only, without the buttons and the man told me they did not do that. As I tried to explain about the phone call he just continued to talk over me. They need better training among their staff. Because either the woman didn't know what she was talking about or the man just didn't want to take the time to look and listen to me. Either way, I will NOT be back.
