Had an issue with my order due to Fed Ex and ended up speaking with Luci and Kaci. They both were eager to help me get the issue fixed as easily as they could. Fed Ex showed up with the package later that day after there was a mistake on their end. Sonic Electronix got me the product I wanted on time and offered great customer service even though I wasn't very happy at the time they remained patient with me. Thanks again!!
