The hotel has just recently been renovated. The lobby lounge area is very nice. We had a sea facing room on the second floor facing the pool which is just above the bar lounge area so we could here singing at night. So if you are a light sleeper, you may want to make sure the front desk does not allocate you the room to the extreme right wing.

The room is very nicely renovated with many lightings that create a very warm ambience. Two things that could have been better: the shower area has a glass partition that is way to small, so water will get out everywhere when you shower; the pillow is too soft/flat.

One amazing thing about this hotel is the hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. From the staff at the lobby, reception and the housekeeping staff at the hallway, they always greet guests with a smile..they really make us feel welcome.

As the hotel is going through their final phase of renovation, the temporary location of the gym is quite a turn off as the gym room is filled with cooking smell (not sure how the exhaust from the kitchen get trapped in there). Also the aircon in the gym room is way too cold so we have to open up the door wide to let out the cold air and the exhaust smell.

The buffet breakfast has a good selection of food and the seating area is very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel also has a big parking space in front of the building and as hotel guests, we manage to get complimentary parking.

Overall a pleasant stay!
