I have been trying to get through to them for 20 m...

I have been trying to get through to them for 20 minutes now just to be transferred to the wrong place twice, hung up on, and then transferred to a voicemail for legal affairs which is also incorrect! THEN the incompetent, rude, sorry excuse for an operator simply hung up when she saw my number calling again! THIS IS WHAT WE DESERVE? ..I THINK NOT!!! THIS "OPERATOR" DESERVES TO BE FIRED AS SHE HAS NO CONCEPT OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND IS TOO IGNORANT TO REALIZE SHE WORKS FOR US!!!! I would gladly call her supervisor but she is blocking my call....REAL CLASSY AND I HOPE YOUR BOSS SEES THIS! SHE WAS ON THE PHONES ON JAN 4TH BETWEEN 10:00 AND 10:15 AM AND SHE DOES NOT DESERVE THAT JOB!!!!!
