Our experience with Ritz Charles was incredible and Elise, our reception coordinator, was a major part of that. Our wedding ceremony (thanks to Anne and Emily) and our reception was everything we could have hoped for. We had so many comments from guests on how great the food was, how beautiful the room was and how awesome the staff was.
