Very poor experience trying to book a pool party f...

Very poor experience trying to book a pool party for my son.
I originally spoke with Ed, who assured me they do not fill up fast and that it would be perfectly fine to call back later that day to pay. Which I did, and could not reach him (for a week) before someone eventually told me he only works ONE day per week.
I was then told this lady Jessica can manage the pool party schedule and she worked most days, yet she NEVER returned any of the multiple messages I left her during a week long period.
I would never try this hard or long with a business who s customer service is so terrible, but my son was very excited to have his birthday here.
When I finally reached Jessica today, she told me it was booked, in fact the entire month was booked. She was unapologetic and uninterested in hearing why I was upset about this.
I am very unhappy with my experience. Jessica was rude and unresponsive to voice messages, the front desk staff either didn t know Ed only worked once a week or else didn t think it was important to tell me (and apparently neither did he), they also sent me to the wrong voicemail at least once (that I know of).
