I've been around a few companies not just trucking...

I've been around a few companies not just trucking and I must say the universal is by far the most worst company I've ever worked for in my life. Very unprofessional they mess with your money it's a constant job just to get your money from them. I also checked on them and they were black balled through several brokers. So again I would not recommend working for them at all I quit I'm right away don't mess with my money don't lie to me and their terminal manager very on professional one of their dispatchers very unprofessional beings they were blackballed they had to look for jobs for you every morning he might hang around till 10 o'clock wait for something to go pick up and that's on your time
