Very knowledgeable staff and very attentive. Explained to Jennifer what problem I was encountering on my Husqvarna trimmer, told her everything I'd already done, parts replaced, etc. and she told me I needed a new carburetor. Bought the new carb, new gas. Working through Jack's was much better than trying to work through Husqvarna support. I could've been up and running two weeks earlier. Great service and great staff.
