Very Bad experience

Very Bad experience

I filed an application for a move in for 2/18 with one week notice and paid a security deposit too.
They were not able to provide me the move in on 2/18 and still forefeited the deposit of $300. I was told its my fault that application is still not approved.
So, if you application takes more time to process and get approved, and they are not able to give you by move-in by requested date, they will still forefeit the deposit even though you were ready to move-in on that date.

So, try to avoid living here or at least get facts straight even if you need to spend 4-5 hrs with the agent to get into details of each and very point while filling the application and discuss each item in detail and ask them to explain each and every item.

I had the worst experience in 7 years and will certainly recommend you to stay away from the Highland management group - and specially the Lexington Apartments and Townhomes property which is not professionally run.
They are just after your money and do not explain things properly.
