I got ceramics put on yesterday dec 11th. The first thing was the doctor put some of the brackets on facing the wrong direction so he had to take them off and redo them. It took 2 hrs and 30 min to complete my braces. Secondly the doctor scratched my face with one of the tools, and yes it left a scar. I m beyond furious.
