Whatever you do, DO NOT SEEK A PLACE TO LIVE AT BASIN BIENVILLE. I've lived here once January and I am totally mortified!!!!! This complex is equivalent to a war zone in Afghanistan. Needless to say that my Experiance as a multi-racial person was by far the worst I've seen in these times!! The ranking property managers blatantly treat melanin based skin tones like second class citizens. More specifically, I've lived in a 1bdrm and the carpet reeks of cat piss and my shower has been stopped up since march! The worst...And Yes, you may walk the property and notice a million cameras all throughout, but they serve no purpose at all! My vehicle was taken over the weeken and the property refused to offer any explanation as to why and how my car was removed per me not knowing! For all I know, this could be an in house set-up via Basin Bienville apts! This property is not only falsely advertising security but they're coning decent people into leasing these small, overpriced, pet infested carpet and stopped drains at market rate price. While allowing the subsidized housing units seniority over market rate patrons. The worst and god knows I cannot wait to break free from this ghetto mess of a prejudice hell!!!
