Terrible service, waiters failed to even notice we had sat down, and I had to go search one out (this is after waiting with drinks from the bar, casually, for a very long time). (When I finally flagged a waiter down, she was fantastic and on top of things, but the rest of the experience outweighed her very good performance.) Next, we ordered for the children early, then later for ourselves, still not having received the children's order. The kitchen time went beyond an hour and, again, I finally had to say something to get results. My brother's wife says this happens every time they have gone and that they won't be returning.

The food was not served particularly warm and was underwhelming. Pretty much the only nice thing was being on the water. At that point, I finally asked for the manager to let him know what had happened. He offered nothing but excuses. I approached him afterwards and said he could at least offer us some kind of discount before he finally acceded.

The place might be fine, because of the atmosphere for drinks, but don't expect on much for a dining experience.l
