We brought our 7 year old cat, Milo in the emergency side for what we thought was a cold virus. Sadly, it turned out to be a worst case scenario. The staff was compassionate and the vet direct and thoughtful in answering my questions. It was heartbreaking for our family and we really appreciated how everyone handled Milo and us.
