Very unreliable and irresponsible company.
The problem with similar companies is that they get paid by government so they try to lobby and make connections to LINH( previously CCAC) and when they get the job. They do patch up work with the elderly and fully charge the government. I have so many examples of their irresponsibility. Numerous times they leave elderly home with no visits. Many a time, PSW are no show while a poor elderly on wheelchair hopping to see one.
They charge government hugely ( or as mr Trump says Bigly :) and give minimum to PSW who are often did not go through academic training but Office training .
I am a gerontologist and have long experience in this field.
