Large variety of products but the sales staff help...

Large variety of products but the sales staff helping customers leavea a lot to be desired. Went in to buy a pair of sneakers and the gentleman who helped me was irritated with me. I asked if the sneakers were UK size or local size, he did not respond but asked me what size I wanted and when the sneakers did not fit, he moved away. Service has to be improved.
Service on furniture side however is excellent.
