I had previously left a negative review about a situation I thought was handled poorly. However, since then, my experience has flipped a 180. I experienced incredible customer service from people moving mountains to make things right on behalf of the customer. I am very thrilled about my overall experience working with Geo Banking thanks to Nicole, Nancy, and Laurie.
