I just want Sears customer service to know that your installation services sucks. I used it first time and the installation person did not show up and on top of it your installation customer representative Anne (Manager of installation schedule service - Duchess County) was rude and arrogant with a statement like call whoever you want to call or complain who ever you want to complain as if there is no customer service at all.

You just lost one of your customer forever. Never ever will be buying anything from sears anymore.
