I had a pretty average experience with Newmonics, Inc. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed quickly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took forever to get a response to my emails, and when I finally did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. Overall, I would say they are an average company with room for improvement.
