We phoned up to see if they stocked a certain brand (Moncler, designer coats from Switzerland).
They said that they did, so we took a taxi to the store that they told us.
Once there, no-one knew the brand.
After bring bounced all around Women's clothing, it transpired that they didn't.
Staff reported being asked for this brand regularly.
How difficult can it be to know whether you stock a brand or not?
