This company has an excuse for EVERYTHING!!! Youll need a scanner, pen and paper, patience, and acceptance of their refusal.

I had a simple screen repair fix. 5+ calls later this was the result.. the screen repair program they offer conveniently isn't available in my area (odd that it wouldn't be in the capital of California...). SO i proceed to attempt to get a phone replacement and its conveniently on backorder so they can not provide one!!

You will literally be throwing your money away using this company.
