I've been having issues with a seller and can not get in contact with a customer service agent, keep getting referred to the the computer or the help section on Ebay and it's no help, sellers are using the covid 19 as an excuse for not shipping your purchase, but when I called the US postal service they verified that the seller has not shipped they do not have possession of the package
