Love it! Mobility Rx and Luke C have been a quality of life changer for me. Luke, along with his programs, knowledge and outside the box thinking has allowed me to improve my flexibility, strength and overall durability. I feel better than ever and that's a huge statement considering I'm a former professional athlete almost 20 years ago! Golf is now a favorite sport of mine since Mobility Rx and Luke have kept my back injury free for a long time.
