Needs improvement. First visit to this Harrah's property. I've been to many. Casino was nice but lacking on service in casino and restaurants. Played high limited for 90 minutes and never got a drink. Asked pit boss 3 times. Finally had to go get my own. Otherwise enjoyed casino and play. Staff very friendly.

Not so good with restaraunts. 40 min wait at Smash Burger. Eating area was so dirty we went somewhere else to eat our food. Food was fine but wait was long. Only one option for breakfast and wait was an hour at Cafe. Food was greasy. Need more restaraunts open earlier.

Rooms and hotel was nice. Not sure I'd make the effort to go again.
