I actually had a reviuw posted they removed the XD.
On Monday 6 July last. (a somewhat rainy day) I visited the library, upon entering I did not receive a health check or questions from staff.
On Tuesday July 7 (a sunnier day) I visited the library again and saw 2 security guards from afar. I recognized the woman, because I saw her yesterday while walking her round. Then I walked towards them towards the revolving doors (entrance or entrance library) and I passed them with my earplugs. I see the male security guard moving his mouth and mumble yes and walk on. Then I intuitively feel that he is not feeling well and see from the corner of his eye that he is following me like a cartoon character (with a sign in his hand with the rules of the library in corona time). He asks me why I walk in with earplugs when he speaks to me, and explains that he asked if I had any complaints. I then explain that I was not checked by anyone yesterday. He went on to say that there is nothing he can do about it and that he is not his colleagues. I continued that I thought it was a stupid policy and indicated that he could pass this on to his colleagues or employer. He indicated that he did not want to do this. I said that I understand that there is a lot of bad policy around this mentality, currently in the library, but this can be extended to several branches, to get sick. He did not want to learn from it and give feedback to his employer. What a dork say. reason that policy failed, because of these types who think only for their own interest. Back to the security guard, called me stupid, to my reaction that I thought the policy was stupid. And I then indicated to him that I understand that there are security guards who receive blows. It was an ironic display, he who wanted to be proven right and could not place it in his theory of mind. I learn from this that you should not fight level with level, but next time follow the '' rules '', because yes rules are there to maintain order and structure. Although in this case it is performed half-half. And you can take this away, but I keep posting it. Incidentally, I notice in several professional groups with a controlling function that they are very happy with the extra tasks to check people, happy to be back at work, lol, because there is almost no work already.
