My husband bought me an eternity ring from this place. It cost $2100 and they valued it at $2700.

I went to England to visit family and had the ring valued at 3 different jewellers. All 3 of them valued it at $600 to retail brand new. All the diamonds were different, like they had been taken out of different pieces and dumped into my ring. Feel like we were duped! I gave 1 star for the fact we got a parking space! Beware!

So, having now received and sent two emails to Julie ( president of Gold and Diamond Source )
All I can say is that all I got out of her were insults and unprofessionalism! It s what I expected, but still very strange to receive emails from somebody who claims to be honest and charitable. I will now get three retail appraisals from QUALITY Jewellers in Sarasota and will be more than happy to upload them here, if I am proved wrong then I will admit it!

I paid $1200 by way of my debit card, $ 500 gift certificate from my husband and another $500 gift certificate matched to my husbands purchase! I m not sure who does your math for you but it is incorrect! As far as a refund is concerned, I never asked for a refund, I gave you a google review, if you don t like bad reviews then stop screwing your customers!

I have now had the ring valued by 3 Sarasota Jewellers (retail price) and I will upload them on here for you to see.

As for insulting you, I think you need to read the two emails you sent me and then come back and tell me who insulted who!!
