Rooms/beds are acceptable, though show their age and lack fully closing curtains, but sound proofing is poor. God help you if you are staying on the second floor near the guest laundry as the aged equipment jackhammers back and forth in a very concerning manner. Also, doors lack closing mechanisms and slam loudly every time.
