I bought a Grayhawk home 2 months ago. Do not buy a Grayhawk home! They cut corners everywhere they can. I have to replace the 9 year old Hardie siding because they installed it wrong (minimal nails, no flashing, improper setbacks) and it is failing. Several walls have studs 32" apart. Move along. Find another builder.
